Beta Star Sterilizer Accessories

Beta Star is proud to offer a complete range of accessories to extend the value and functionality of our autoclave sterilizers. Our accessory options further enable clients to customize their equipment to meet their unique space constraints and application requirements, ensuring the most cost-effective performance tailored to each client’s needs. Accessory options range from PLC control systems to a variety of steam generators, remote monitoring and diagnostics equipment, water conservation systems, and more.

Control Systems

The new Beta Connect touchscreen control system makes it easy to control, operate, and monitor sterilization cycles using a full-color, touch-sensitive LCD interface. With the Beta Connect system, up to 30 custom cycles can be programmed, and advanced functions can be specified for unique, critical sterilization processes. All system functions are monitored, controlled, and documented precisely. Reports can be printed or exported electronically using the front-mounted USB port or via the integrated Ethernet port.

Our Allen Bradley control system is available with a full-color touchscreen with customization and unique configuration capabilities for sterilization processes, as well as automatic temperature and pressure instrument calibration capabilities. These systems feature a modular design and construction using non-proprietary components, making maintenance and repair easy and inexpensive. Sterilization cycle data can be printed immediately with the impact printer provided, or it can be exported via an integrated Ethernet port.

Steam Generators

Beta Star offers a range of energy-efficient electric steam generators to fit any process or capacity requirements. We specialize in constructing our pressure vessels to ASME Section 1, Code M specifications for trusted structural integrity and reliability. Options are available ranging from 24 to 100 kilowatts in plant steam and clean steam configurations.

We also offer a variety of clean steam generators for pharmaceutical applications. These make use of a steam-to-steam design that delivers efficient, cost-effective clean steam from reverse osmosis or deionized water, making it ideal for tissue cultures or cGMP pharmaceutical uses. Our clean steam generators are available both as standalone systems and fully integrated into your sterilization equipment.

Beta Connect System

Beta Star’s recently-released Beta Connect system uses a simple hardware add-on to create a secure, encrypted connection between your autoclave sterilizers and our technical support team. With Beta Connect, you can monitor all of your sterilizers from a centralized computer, mobile device, or anywhere you can access the Internet. The system also enables us to perform remote diagnostics and software updates, making troubleshooting faster and easier.
